Hi All,

Members of the GRG are now slowly returning from the XIX INQUA Congress recently held in Nagoya, Japan. It was a super conference, with lots exciting sessions spanning the varied Quaternary Perspectives on Climate Change, Natural Hazards and Civilization. The GRG had big presence at INQUA with our group (Madi, Kelsey, Leesh, Bec, Bel, Jody, Steph) delivering some really excellent talks and posters about coral reefs, lakes, rivers, sealevel and climate change. Clearly all the hard work and preparation leading up to the conference paid off. We also got to make connections and interact directly (ie. drink beer and sake!) with some of the biggest players in our respective fields.
